Council authorize staff to draft the amended Detailed Development Permit No. 7923-0013-00 for Form and Character generally in accordance with the attached drawings (Appendix A). 3. a Bylaw be introduced to enter into a Housing Agreement and be given First, Second and Third Reading (Appendix B). 4. Council instruct staff to resolve all subject conditions outlined in the Additional Planning Comments Report No. 7923-0013-00, dated February 24, 2025 (includes original Planning Report No. 7923-0013-00 dated September 11, 2023) (Appendix C), prior to Final Adoption.
