3. Council instruct staff to resolve the following issues prior to final adoption: (a) submission of finalized signage drawings to the satisfaction of the Planning and Development Department; (b) execution of a Good Neighbour Agreement (GNA) between the applicant and the City to assist in mitigating any nuisance impacts the store may have on the surrounding area; and (c) receipt of a Suitability Letter from the Provincial Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch (LCRB). 4. if supported after the Public Hearing, it is recommended that Council pass a resolution expressing support for the subject license to the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch (LCRB).
