It was Moved by Councillor Stutt Seconded by Councillor Kooner That Council: 1. Award Contract No. 1220-040-2025-080 for annual flagging and traffic control services to Glen Traffic Solutions Ltd. for a three-year term in the annual amount of $4,757,974.00(including GST); 2. Approve the option to extend Contract No. 1220-040-2025-080 for two additional one-year terms at the City’s discretion to provide annual flagging and traffic control services; 3. Set the annual expenditure authorization limit for Contract No. 1220-040-2025-080 at $5,233,771.00 (including GST and contingency); and 4. Authorize the General Manager, Engineering to execute Contract No. 1220-040-2025-080 and approve all optional extensions within the approved annual expenditure authorization limit of $5,233,771.00 (including GST and contingency), plus annual Vancouver Consumer Price Index rate adjustments.
