It was Moved by Councillor Kooner Seconded by Councillor Bains That Council: 1. Increase the expenditure authorization limit for Contract No. 1220-030-2026-011 with Maple Leaf Modular by $1,727,250 from $246,750 to $1,974,000 (including GST) for the supply and installation of up to eight additional outdoor public washroom facilities at a unit cost of $246,750; 2. Set the revised expenditure authorization limit for Contract No. 1220-030-2026-011 at $2,171,400 (including GST and contingency); 3. Approve the option to extend Contract No. 1220-030-2026-011 for two additional one-year terms, at the City's discretion; and 4. Authorize the General Manager of Corporate Services to execute Contract No. 1200-030-2026-011 and any approved extensions within the revised authorization limit. RES.R26-849 Carried
