Lawson, M. Weber No Officer Information Filed. Agent: Orion Construction (Paul Bangma) Rezoning from A-2 to IB-1 Development Permit / Development Variance Permit to permit the development of a 9,976-square-metre multi-tenant industrial building. It was Moved by Councillor Kooner Seconded by Councillor Stutt That: 1. A Bylaw be introduced to rezone the subject site from "Intensive Agriculture Zone (A-2)" to "Business Park 1 Zone (IB-1)" and a date be set for Public Hearing.
