Procedures and Meetings • The members of the Committee will choose a Chair and a Vice Chair. • The term of the Committee will be for the duration of these projects. • Meetings will be at the call of the City, in consultation with the Chair, based on the work to be undertaken. • A quorum will be a majority of members. • Members of the Committee will make every effort to attend. If a member is to miss a meeting, the designated alternate may vote.
