Kompter) To rezone the lands from Acreage Residential Zone (RA) to Small Lot Residential Zone (R4) to facilitate alignment with the updated Zoning Bylaw and to allow a development generally consisting of a subdivision into 15 residential lots. In addition, the proposal includes Development Variance Permit 7920-0099-02 for lot width, lot depth, garage, and driveway access in Part 16 of the "Surrey Zoning By-law, 1993, No. 12000". One piece of correspondence expressing concern was received for the proposal.
