It was Moved by Councillor Kooner Seconded by Councillor Stutt That: 1. Council endorse the Public Notification to proceed for Bylaw No. 21756 to rezone the subject site from "Suburban Residential Zone (R1)" to "Quarter Acre Residential Zone (R2)". 2. Council authorize staff to draft Development Permit No. 7925-0167-00 generally in accordance with the finalized Ecosystem Development Plan and geotechnical report. 3. Council approve Development Variance Permit No. 7925-0167-00, varying the following in the Zoning By-law, to proceed to Public Notification: (a) in Part 14 Section C 2(a), the minimum lot width of the R2 Zone is reduced from 24 metres to 18 metres for proposed Lot 1.
