NEW CAPSTAN VILLAGE NEIGHBOURHOOD PARK PUBLIC ART WORK TERMS OF REFERENCE

A two-stage artist selection process will be implemented and will follow the Richmond Public A1i Program Policy guidelines as outlined in the Public A1i Program Administrative Procedures Manual. The A1iist Call will be open to artists residing in British Columbia. Following the selection process, the preferred aiiwork concept proposal will be brought forward to the Richmond Public A1i Advisory Committee for endorsement and to Council for approval in Fall 2024, in order to proceed with the detailed design and installation phases of the artwork in 2025.
