"Surrey Development Cost Charge Bylaw, 2023, No. 20865" 3900-20-20865– New Regulatory Amendment A new regulatory bylaw to impose development cost charges to assist the City in paying the capital cost of providing sewage, water, drainage and highway facilities as well as park land acquisition and improvements, for new subdivisions and the construction or alteration of buildings.
