The proposed barn exceeds the 5 metre minimum setback from top of bank set by the Ministry of Agriculture under Order No. 823.400-1. o Replacement of the existing barn on the western portion of the property is not supported due to its proximity to the Green Infrastructure Network (GIN). o Staff support the requested variance to proceed for consideration.
