17 . Steveston Historical Society Enhanced Operations Pilot (File Ref. No. 01-0060-20-SHIS1) (REDMS No. 8162186) ( 1 ) That Option 2, to provide support for the Steveston Historical Society’s proposed enhanced operations as outlined in the report “Steveston Historical Society Enhanced Operations Pilot”, dated October 6, 2025, from the Director, Arts, Culture and Heritage Services, be approved; ( 2 ) That one-time funding of $180,000 to support the Steveston Historical Society enhanced operations for 2026, 2027 and 2028, be considered as part of the 2026 budget process; and ( 3 ) That the Chief Administrative Officer and the General Manager, Parks, Recreation and Culture Division, be authorized to execute all documentation, including an amendment to the Operating Agreement to allow for a fourteen (14) month extension of the Term and to provide financial support for the Steveston Historical Society’s proposed enhanced operations, all as outlined in the report “Steveston Historical Society Enhanced Operations Pilot”, dated October 6, 2025, from the Director, Arts, Culture and Heritage Services.
