Wright) To zone the Lands from Comprehensive Development Zone (Bylaw 14109) to CD 21746 to allow a development generally consisting of a mixed-use phased development consisting of three high rise mixed-use towers, two residential high rise towers (30, 33, 40, 44 and 47-storey), and one six-storey low rise mixed-use apartment. Phase 1 consists of one high rise residential tower with a townhouse podium and one mixed-use tower with a retail podium.
