Analysis The Property is zoned AGl (Agriculture). The current zoning permits a wide range of fanning and compatible uses consistent with the provisions of the ALC Act and Regulation and the City's Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw. The Applicant is proposing to deposit 72,800 cubic metres of soil over approximately eight hectares.
