Council authorize staff to draft Development Permit No. 7923-0037-00 generally in accordance with the attached drawings (Appendix I). 2. The site is approximately 15,721 square metres in area and is zoned IL and designated Industrial in the OCP. • The site is relatively flat and contains no existing trees or vegetation. • There is an existing light industrial building on site that contains various separate businesses, which will be demolished. The rear of the lot is largely used for vehicle storage. DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL
