8 . NEW CAPSTAN VILLAGE NEIGHBOURHOOD PARK PUBLIC ART WORK TERMS OF REFERENCE (File Ref. No. 11-7000-09-20-335) (REDMS No. 7570440) ( 1 ) That the Terms of Reference for the public artwork at the New Capstan Village Neighbourhood Park, as presented in the report titled “New Capstan Village Neighbourhood Park Public Artwork Terms of Reference”, from the Director, Arts, Culture and Heritage Services, dated February 5, 2024, be approved; ( 2 ) That additional expenditures in the amount of $216,925 for the New Capstan Village Neighbourhood Public Artwork and corresponding funding from the Public Art Program reserve be approved; and (3) That the Consolidated 5 Year Financial Plan (2024-2028) be amended accordingly.
