The question on Resolution PH26/2-1 was not called as discussed ensued regarding (i) lighting control, security, and site management, (ii) compliance with the City’s Noise Regulation Bylaw and maintaining open dialogue with Vancouver Coastal Health regarding any potential complaints, and (iii) the anticipated timeline for construction of the hospital’s new parking lots. The applicant further noted that other sites had been considered, including the WorkSafeBC site; however, WorkSafeBC advised that the site is intended for use by its staff. The question on Resolution PH26/2-1 was then called and it was CARRIED .
