Surrey 7924-0167-00 housing-agreement planning report

the wording in the new Housing Agreement will link to the applicant’s Lease Agreement instead of their Operating Agreement. The Operating Agreement is only for 20 years, while the Lease Agreement is for 75 years. By linking with the Lease Agreement, it will ensure that the Housing Agreement will continue to be valid on the subject property for the full 60 years, even if the Operating Agreement changes.
