Virk) Agent: Gerry Blonski Architect (Gerry Blonski) 12333, 12345 and 12350 Pattullo Place To reduce the minimum number of off-street parking spaces required for an eating establishment (banquet hall) from 650 to 430; to allow for parking spaces for the banquet hall use located at 12350 Pattullo Place to be provide on non-abutting or contiguous lots located at 12333 and 12345 Pattullo Place; and to increase the allowable building height from 9 metres to 14.1 metres to accommodate the banquet hall building in order to permit already constructed and proposed additions and modifications to an existing banquet hall.
