It was Moved by Councillor Stutt Seconded by Councillor Bains That Council: 1. Award Contract No. 1220-060-2025-005 to Associated Fire Safety Group Inc. in the amount of $2,241,427 (including GST) to provide Personal Protective Equipment for a three-year term Standing Offer Agreement for the remainder of 2025 through to August 31 2028, with the goods to be ordered by Surrey Fire Services on an "as and when required" basis; 2. Set the expenditure authorization limit for Contract No. 1220-060-2025-005 at $2,660,000 (including freight, contingency costs and taxes); and 3. Authorize the Fire Chief to execute Contract No. 1220-060-2025-005. RES.R25-2011 Carried
