It was Moved by Councillor Stutt Seconded by Councillor Kooner That: 1. Council endorse the Public Notification to proceed for Bylaw No. 21015 to rezone the subject site from "Single Family Residential Zone (RF)" to "Single Family Residential (13) Zone (RF-13)". 2. Council authorize staff to draft Development Permit No. 7923-0015-00 Hazard Lands (Steep Slopes) and Sensitive Ecosystems (Green Infrastructure Areas) generally in accordance with the attached drawings (Appendix I), and the finalized Ecosystem Development Plan and geotechnical report. 3. Council approve Development Variance Permit No. 7923-0015-00, varying the following, to proceed to Public Notification:
