Aircraft Noise Sensitive Development Policy The subject property is located within the Aircraft Noise Sensitive Development (ANSD) Policy Area 3. All new aircraft sensitive noise uses may be considered in this area, in accordance with the ANSD policies contained in the OCP. Registration of an aircraft noise sensitive use covenant on Title is required prior to final adoption of the rezoning bylaw to acknowledge that the subject lands are located within an aircraft noise sensitive area and that appropriate building design measures are incorporated to mitigate against aircraft noise. Floodplain Management Implementation Strategy The proposed redevelopment must meet the requirements of the Richmond Flood Plain Designation and Protection Bylaw 8204. Registration of a flood indemnity covenant on Title is required prior to final adoption of the rezoning bylaw. Public Consultation
