It was Moved by Councillor Bose Seconded by Councillor Stutt That Council, after considering: 1. Corporate Report R257, concerning the property located at 16055 - 60 Avenue, Surrey, B.C. and legally described as: PID: 029-435-889 Lot 6 Section 12 Township 2 New Westminster District Plan EPP 30863 (the "Property"); and 2. The submissions presented by counsel for the Building Inspector; direct the City Clerk to pay any prescribed fee and file in the Land Title Office, pursuant to Section 57 of the Community Charter, a notice on title to the Property which shall, in substance, indicate that: a) A resolution relating to the Property has been made under Section 57 of the Community Charter; and b) Further information may be inspected at Surrey City Hall.
