Helle) To zone the Lands from Acreage Residential Zone (RA) to Small Lot Residential Zone (R4) to allow subdivision into 4 single family small lots and one oversized single family lot with future subdivision potential. In addition, the proposal includes Development Variance Permit No. 7922-0164-01 for off-street parking in Part 16 of the "Surrey Zoning By-law, 1993 No. 12000".
