It was Moved by Councillor Stutt Seconded by Councillor Kooner That Council: 1. Approve Larry Thomas, Fire Chief and Emergency Planning Coordinator, as the City of Surrey’s designate for election to the E-Comm Board of Directors (the "Board") for the 2025-2026 term; 2. Designate Larry Thomas, Fire Chief and Emergency Planning Coordinator, as the City of Surrey's voting representative at the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of E-Comm 9-1-1 ("AGM") and to represent the City in any required business prior to the 2026 AGM; 3. Endorse the individual chosen by the Township of Langley as designate for election to the Board; and 4. Authorize the City Clerk to forward a copy of the resolution to E-Comm 9-1-1, the City of Langley, the City of White Rock and the Township of Langley. RES.R25- Carried
