Council authorize staff to draft Development Permit No. 7925-0336-00 generally in accordance with the attached drawings (Appendix A). 2. Council endorse Development Variance Permit No. 7925-0336-00, varying the following in the Zoning Bylaw to proceed to Public Notification and bring the Development Variance Permit forward for an indication of support by Council: (a) in Section J.1.(a), "Special Regulations" of "Comprehensive Development Bylaw No. 19828", reduce the minimum outdoor amenity space requirement from 1,176 square metres to 844 square metres. if supported, the Development Variance Permit will be brought forward for issuance and execution by the Mayor and City Clerk in conjunction with the associated Development Permit. 3. Council instruct staff to resolve the following issues prior to final approval: (a) resolution of all urban design issues to the satisfaction of the Planning and Development Department; (b) submission and acceptance of finalized landscaping drawings, including resolution of all landscape design issues, and a landscaping cost estimate to the satisfaction of the Planning and Development Department; and (c) provision of a cash-in-lieu contribution to adequately address the impact of reduced outdoor amenity space.
