Evanish) Agent: Arcadis (Orod Aris) PURPOSE: The applicant is requesting to amend the Official Community Plan Figure 16: Downtown Densities from 5.5 FAR to 7.5 FAR and to amend Table 7a: Land Use Designation Exceptions within the "Downtown" designations by adding site specific permission to permit a density of up to 9.9 FAR. The proposal also includes rezoning the same site, including a portion of the road on 103 Avenue, from Single Family Residential Zone to Comprehensive Development Zone in order to develop a 44-storey mixed-use tower with an 8-storey podium consisting of ground floor commercial, restaurant, office and approximately 424 residential dwelling units. The Notice of the Public Hearing was read by the City Clerk. D. Jack, Surrey Environmental Partners: The delegation spoke to trees, outdoor amenity areas, school facilities, and proximity to parks. No written submissions were received for this proposal.
