Seconded by Councillor Kooner
That Council:
1.
Endorse the City’s submission package to Canada Soccer’s Request for Information
on a proposed National Training Centre; and
2.
Authorize the Mayor to send a letter of support on behalf of the City, to support
the City’s submission package, which will be included within the City’s submission
package; and
3.
Authorize City staff to request a letter of support from Minister Anne Kang,
Ministry of Tourism, Arts, Culture, and Sport to support the City’s submission
package.
