It was Moved by Councillor Bains Seconded by Councillor Kooner That Council: 1. Award Contract No. 1220-030-2026-006 to 4Refuel Canada LP for the supply and delivery of bulk fuels for a five-year term ending April 30, 2031 in the cumulative amount of $17,180,400 (including applicable taxes and levies); 2. Approve the option to extend Contract No. 1220-030-2026-006 for two additional one-year terms, at the City’s discretion, to provide the supply and delivery of bulk fuels; 3. Set the expenditure authorization limit for the initial five-year term of Contract No. 1220-030-2026-006 at $17,180,400 (including applicable taxes and levies); and 4. Authorize the General Manager, Engineering to approve all optional extensions related to Contract No. 1220-030-2026-006 within the expenditure authorization limit of $3,751,411 for Year 6 (including applicable taxes and levies) and $3,863,953 for Year 7 (including applicable taxes and levies).
