That Council: 1. Approve Larry Thomas as the City of Surrey’s designate for election to the E-Comm 9-1-1 Board of Directors for the 2026-2027 term; 2. Designate Larry Thomas as the City of Surrey’s voting representative at the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of E-Comm 9-1-1, and to represent the City in any required shareholder business prior to the 2027 Annual General Meeting; 3. Endorse the individual chosen by the Township of Langley as its designate for election to the E-Comm 9-1-1 Board of Directors; and 4. Authorize the City Clerk to forward a copy of the resolution to E-Comm 9-1-1, the City of Langley, the City of White Rock and the Township of Langley. RES.R26-992 Carried
