It was moved and seconded That: ( 1 ) the minutes of the Regular Council meeting held on July 27, 2026, be adopted as circulated; ( 2 ) the minutes of the Regular Council meeting for Public Hearings held on September 8, 2026, be adopted as circulated; and ( 3 ) the Metro Vancouver ‘Board in Brief’ dated July 24, 2026, be received for information. CARRIED AGENDA ADDITIONS & DELETIONS R26/15-2 It was moved and seconded That Item No. 12 “Application by Bene (No. 3) Road Development Ltd. for Rezoning at 4700 No. 3 Road from the “Auto-Oriented Commercial (Ca)” Zone to a New “High Rise Office Commercial (Zc44) – Aberdeen Village” Zone”, be revised on the Consent Agenda Highlights to read that the Land use application be forwarded to Public Hearing on October 19, 2026; and That the Development Cost Charges Imposition Bylaw No. 9499, Amendment Bylaw No. 10732, be amended to include the opposition by Cllr. Loo. CARRIED
