Zang) Agent: WSP Canada Inc. (Dexter Hirabe) To zone the Lands from Acreage Residential Zone (RA) to Compact Residential Zone (R5) to allow subdivision into 4 small lots. In addition, the proposal includes Development Variance Permit 7922-0350-01 for setbacks in Part 17 of the "Surrey Zoning By-law, 1993, No. 12000". No correspondence was received for this proposal.
