The General Manager, Planning & Development submitted a report to seek Council’s endorsement of changes to streamside setbacks set out in Surrey Zoning By-law, 1993, No. 12000, specifically those for Class A/O and B roadside ditches, and changes to the Sensitive Ecosystems Development Permit requirements to streamline development application review timelines without compromising environmental protection of watercourses.
