It was Moved by Councillor Bains Seconded by Councillor Kooner That Council: 1. Approve entering into an Agreement with BC Hydro for the installation of BC Hydro duct work, which will be delivered as part of the upcoming 72 Avenue Improvements from 144 Street to 152 Street; 2. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the finalized Agreement with BC Hydro provided it is substantially the same as that included in Appendix "II"; and 3. Authorize the General Manager, Engineering to execute future Amendments of this Agreement, if required, provided that the amendments uphold the spirit and intent of this Agreement and have no financial impact to the City.
