It was Moved by Councillor Kooner Seconded by Councillor Bains That Council: 1. Receive the report dated May 28, 2025, regarding an application from the Hazelmere United Church and Hazelmere United Church Annex (1614 184 – Street) for financial assistance to clean and repair the cedar roof (Appendix I); 2. Approve financial assistance in the amount of $ 1,149.75 which represents 50 percent of the value of the works as per the quote provided by Shine City; and 3. Direct staff to advise the applicant that payment of financial assistance shall only be made following inspection by appropriate City staff to ensure that the works were undertaken in accordance with the original terms of the application.
