Bahia 3694 - 176 Street To increase the maximum setback of a single family dwelling from the front lot line from 50 metres to 202.5 metres; and to increase the maximum depth of the farm residential footprint from the front lot line from 60 metres to 212.5 metres to permit the development of a new single-family home and to increase the maximum depth of the farm residential home plate. One piece of correspondence expressing opposition to the proposal was received. It was Moved by Councillor Hepner Seconded by Councillor Bose That Council support Development Variance Permit No. 7919-0270-00, and consider issuance of the Permit upon final approval of the associated Development Permit.
