Provincial Legislation to Combat Catalytic Converter Theft File: 3900-01 At the September 11, 2023 Regular Council – Public Hearing meeting, Mayor Locke put forward the following notice of motion: "Council direct staff to discuss with the Provincial government the possibility of enacting Provincial legislation to combat catalytic converter theft through the Province."
