Executive Summary This Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR) Non-Farm Use application would facilitate a new 621 m² (6,684 ft2) replacement Golf Structure, which includes golf cart storage and covered tee boxes, along with the associated import and deposit of approximately 210 m³ (7,416 ft3) of structural fill necessary to facilitate construction. The proposed Golf Structure would replace two existing and two recently removed golf-related structures which total approximately 700 m² (7,535 ft2) and would consolidate them into a single new structure resulting in a reduced building footprint and an increase in green space on the subject property. The proposed Golf Structure would be sited in an already disturbed and gravelled area of the subject property currently used for informal staff parking and does not impact existing on-site landscaping. The Food Security and Agricultural Advisory Committee has reviewed and supports the proposal. The proposed Golf Structure is compliant
