It was Moved by Councillor Stutt Seconded by Councillor Bains That Council: 1. Award Contract No. 1722-006-21 to Lafarge Canada Inc. in the amount of $10,043,561.85 (including GST) for the 64 Avenue road improvements between 152 Street and 164 Street, and set the expenditure authorization limit at $11,000,000.00 (including GST and contingency); 2. Award Consultant Agreement No. 1722-006 C1 to R.F. Binnie & Associates Ltd. in the amount of $382,242.00 (including GST) for the related engineering construction services, and set the expenditure authorization limit at $410,000.00 (including contingencies and GST); 3. Authorize the General Manager, Engineering to issue a purchase order in the amount of $210,000.00 (including GST and contingency) to Southern Railway of British Columbia for the rehabilitation of the existing railway crossing surface on 152 Street at 64 Avenue; and 4. Authorize the General Manager, Engineering to execute Contract No. 1722-006-21 and Consultant Agreement No. 1722-006 C1. RES.R25-1184 Carried
