19. The Association shall account for the money approved by City Council for the previous year by submitting to the City on or before May 15"in each of the years 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028 an annualaudited financial statementof the Association whichshall be prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and shall include a balance sheet and a statementof revenue and expenditure. Thefinancial statementshall be prepared on a calendaryearbasis. 20. The Association shall not incur any indebtednessorother obligations beyond each budget year. 21. This Bylaw shall be in effect until March 31, 2028. PASSED FIRST READINGonthe 4th day of December, 2023. PASSED SECOND READINGonthe 4th day of December,2023.
