(Roger Jawanda) 8685 - 164 Street Requesting a variance to the definition of finished grade to permit the use of the proposed lot grading plan for the purpose of establishing the finished grade on the subject lot, rather than the lot grading plan that was approved by the City at the time of subdivision when the lot was initially created, in order to accommodate the construction of a new single family dwelling. One piece of correspondence expressing concerns was received for this proposal.
