business Licence Cancellation - Vegas Vacations Ltd. - 5300 No 3 Rd Unit 320

After review of the financial statements by Consumer Protection BC, it was determined that Vegas Vacations Ltd. no longer satisfied the minimum licencing requirements to operate a travel service business as they no longer had sufficient working capital to be reasonably expected to operate the business in accordance with section 3(e) of the Travel Industry Regulation. Vegas Vacations Ltd. was served with cancellation letter and cancellation notice on January 9, 2026. Attached as Attachment 7 and 8 of these Reasons are a copy of the letter and notice.
