Moved by Councillor Hepner Seconded by Councillor Elford That Council: 1. Receive Corporate Report R178 for information; 2. Authorize the City Clerk to bring forward Section 225 Tax Exemption Bylaw, 2025, No. 21765, which includes the list of properties attached to the report as Appendix "I", for the required readings; and 3. Direct the City Clerk to publish notice of the proposed permissive tax exemptions under sections 94 and 227 of the Community Charter, SBC 2003, C. 26. RES.R25-2386 Carried by members remaining
