The General Manager, Parks, Recreation & Culture submitted a report to seek Council approval to award Contract No. 1220-020-2024-001 to Reward Construction Ltd. for the Cloverdale Curling Rink Floor Replacement. It was Moved by Councillor Bose Seconded by Councillor Hepner That Council: 1. Award Contract No. 1220-020-2024-001 to Reward Construction Ltd. in the amount of $975,660.00 (including GST, Labour and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond) for the Cloverdale Curling Rink Floor Replacement project; 2. Set the expenditure authorization limit for Contract No. 1220-020-2024-001 at $1,073,226.00 (including GST, Bonding, and contingency); and 3. Authorize the General Manager, Corporate Services, or his authorized designate, to execute Contract No. 1220-020-2024-001 and all related change orders. RES.R24-272 Carried
