Moved by Councillor Stutt Seconded by Councillor Kooner That Council: 1. Receive Corporate Report R162 for information; 2. Endorse the proposed Fleetwood Plan Update, including amendments to the Land Use, Transportation, and Parks and Open Space Concepts, attached to the report as Appendix "I", and authorize staff to complete the associated Stage 2 planning components, as generally described in the report; 3. Approve proposed amendments to Surrey Zoning By‐law, 1993, No. 12000, as amended, to add a transit supportive amenity contribution for the Fleetwood Plan Area based upon the density bonus concept, as documented in Appendix "II"; and 4. Authorize the City Clerk to bring forward the necessary Surrey Zoning By‐law, 1993, No. 12000, as amended, Amendment Bylaws for the required readings and to set a date for the related Public Hearing.
