PURPOSE: The applicant is requesting to rezone the site from Single Family Residential Zone to Comprehensive Development Zone in order to develop an addition to the existing Kwantlen Park Secondary School. In addition, the proposal includes a Development Variance Permit to reduce the total number of required off-street parking spaces for secondary public schools from 288 to 232. The Notice of the Public Hearing was read by the City Clerk. There were no persons present to speak to the proposed Bylaw. No written submissions were received for this proposal.
