Councillor Stutt declared a conflict of interest and recused himself from the meeting at 8:02 p.m. The General Manager, Corporate Services submitted a report to request that Council consider permissive tax exemptions for select heritage properties pursuant to Section 225 of the Community Charter, S.B.C. 2003, c. 26 and in accordance with the City's Tax Exemption Policy.
