It was Moved by Councillor Bains Seconded by Councillor Kooner That Council: 1. Receive Corporate Report R053 for information; 2. Authorize the City Clerk to bring forward for First, Second and Third Reading the 2025 Development Cost Charge Bylaw, attached as Appendix "I"; 3. Authorize staff to forward the 2025 Development Cost Charge Bylaw, attached as Appendix "I", to the Provincial Inspector of Municipalities for approval and to grant the City approval to enact the Bylaw ("Provincial Approval"); and 4. Upon Provincial Approval, authorize the City Clerk to bring forward the 2025 Development Cost Charge Bylaw, attached as Appendix "I", for Final Adoption. RES.R25-834 Carried
