Support from at least 51% of accommodation providers representing at least 51% of Richmond¶s accommodation units is also required for MRDT renewal. Strong support has been indicated to date, and formal confirmation from hoteliers is underway. Staff will notify Council once this process has concluded to confirm that the minimum provincially required threshold of support has been met.
