It was Moved by Councillor Kooner Seconded by Councillor Hepner That Council: 1. Receive Corporate Report R155 for information; 2. Direct staff to bring forward a bylaw for readings to amend Part 7A (Streamside Protection) of Surrey Zoning By-law, 1993, N0. 12000 to require all watercourse setbacks to meet Provincially and Federally legislated requirements, consistent with Appendix "I"; and 3. Direct staff to bring forward the necessary amendments to the Sensitive Ecosystems Development Permit section of the Surrey Official Community Plan Bylaw, 2013, No. 18020 for readings, consistent with Appendix "II".
